Cross Creek has newer homes built in 2003 with homes built by   Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes and Legendary Homes.  There are single family and town homes available in the community. 

 

Cross Creek Regional Park is a 60-acre park located at 8115 Parkglen Drive, in Fountain, CO.  Amenities include a restroom/concession building and attached pavilion; playground, multi-use fields, Cross Creek BMX track, trails, open space, and a pond.  Amenities are free and available to all for public use; however, it's possible to reserve the use of the pavilion and/or multi-use field in order to ensure their availability.

Cross Creek is close to Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station and easy access to the Colorado Springs Airport, I-25.  Shopping is nearby with Safeway and Lowes,  a new Eye Care Center , several Dentist Offices, UPS, Banks and Dining all within minutes from the Cross Creek community.
